We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (GCash for payments, Resend for emails, BunnyCDN for image hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9.4 Business Success Disclaimer

We provide tools and resources to help you build your e-commerce business, but success is not guaranteed. Your individual results depend on various factors including your skills, dedication, effort, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific income or business results.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.
